The U.S. Workers Alliance is a worker-led movement to build power from the ground up. We are not a union. We are not a political party. We are an alliance of 170 million American workers demanding real enforcement of labor laws.

Our mission is to replace the 535 bought members of Congress and their corporate enablers to restore the most basic right of all: the right to organize without fear of retaliation.

Our Strategy

We fight on three fronts:

Political Strategy: Clean Slate 2028

We’re not asking politicians to change. We’re replacing them. The Clean Slate 2028 initiative will field candidates in every congressional district—candidates who refuse corporate PAC money and commit to serving workers, not donors.

Legal Strategy: Litigation Portfolio

Strategic lawsuits targeting the Chamber of Commerce and the constitutional framework that enables corporate capture. Our FEC complaint challenges foreign money in American elections. Our equal protection case targets the “wealth primary” created by Buckley v. Valeo.

Grassroots Strategy: District Captain Program

Every Congressional district needs a team. We’re recruiting District Captains to lead 70 volunteers each—organizing July 4th events, identifying candidates, and challenging incumbents. That’s 30,450 organizers Congress cannot ignore.

The Solution: C.L.A.W.S. Act

The Comprehensive Labor and Worker Safeguards Act will deliver real enforcement for 170 million American workers:

• $50,000+ Penalties: Minimum penalty per violation—high enough to make retaliation unprofitable
• 30-Day Resolution: Cases resolved in days, not years. Emergency reinstatement within 48 hours
• Universal Protection: Coverage for all workers—gig workers, contractors, part-time employees included
• Worker-Controlled System: Register activities anonymously, document organizing, choose when to reveal identity
• Criminal Prosecution: Willful violations result in jail time for executives
• No Settlement Loopholes: No settlements below statutory minimums
