The Challenge We Face
America’s labor laws remain anchored in the 19th and 20th centuries—designed for an economy and workforce that no longer exists. Today’s distributed workforce lacks the collective voice that once empowered American workers to demand fair treatment and compensation.
Our Solution: Buildup Cooperative
Buildup Cooperative, established as a Nevada corporation, exists to restore that collective voice. We’re building a powerful organization to advocate for workers across the United States, regardless of industry or location.
Our Campaign: $35 for $35
We have a simple yet powerful proposition: Contribute $35 to help us fight for a $35/hour floor for American workers.
Unlike traditional minimum wage campaigns, we’re pursuing systemic change through labor law reform—giving workers legal standing to advocate for themselves in court and at the negotiation table.
Why It Matters
When workers earn living wages, communities thrive. Families can afford housing, healthcare, and education. Local businesses prosper. The economy grows from the middle out, not just the top down.
About Our Leadership
I’m Randell Hynes. Most recently, I was the Team Kennedy Nevada Campaign Manager. I’ve dedicated my cutting-edge career to advocacy—fighting for soldiers, transportation workers, and renewable energy workers.
Now, I’m channeling that experience into building a movement for American workers who deserve a stronger voice in their workplaces and fair compensation for their labor.
Join Our Movement
Money talks in American politics—and to win this fight, we need to build a war chest that can match the influence of those who benefit from suppressed wages.
Your $35 contribution isn’t just a donation; it’s an investment in a future where hard work is appropriately rewarded and American workers regain their rightful place in our economy.
Together, we can transform America’s workplace landscape and restore dignity to labor.
